We've identified a resource contention problem on our orchestration layer and we've implemented a fix. We're noticing improvements and are continuing to monitor the situation.

Investigating
Due to an issue with our orchestration layer, customers cannot create, modify or delete deployments in GCP us-central1 region. For some customers, this will be set as their default region, and they will not be able to create clusters at all.

We will have an update in 30 minutes.
