We've rolled back changes made in our instance configurations and bootstrapping process that caused problems with launching new hosts. We will continue to monitor the state of the situation and close the status page in the next hour.

We have identified an issue when provisioning a new capacity. We are working on a fix. This may affect your ability to increase the size of your cluster, existing clusters are not affected. We will post an update in 1 hour.
